Our 45-Hour Sales Associate Post-License Course is designed to strengthen your professional skills and knowledge in every area of real estate. You’ll complete nine engaging learning units that cover the essential concepts needed to renew your Florida license and grow your business.

At the end of the course, you’ll complete a final exam to measure your understanding of the material. Passing the exam grants full credit for license renewal before your first expiration date. Failure to complete and pass the course exam will result in your license becoming null and void under Florida law.

Completing the Course

This is an online, instructor-led video streaming course that can be completed anywhere with an internet connection.

When registering, you will create a Username and Password to log in and access the course 24/7.

Exam Requirements

• To successfully complete the Florida 45-Hour Sales Associate Post-License Online Instructor-Led Course, you must pass a 100-question exam at the end of the course.
• A score of 75% (75 correct answers) is required to pass.
• If you do not pass the first time, you are allowed one retest.
• If you fail the second attempt, Florida law requires you to retake the entire course before being allowed to test again.

Enrollment Policy

Your course enrollment is valid for a period of 1-Year from the date of purchase, or until you pass the course exam.
If you fail the exam twice, your 1-year enrollment ends, and you will be required to re-purchase the course for another 3-month period.

After Passing

• Once you pass, your score is reported electronically.
• Your Certificate of Completion will be available immediately in your Mato School student account to download and print.
• Mato School of Real Estate will then report your completed hours directly to the DBPR.
