Our 63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course is delivered through on-demand, instructor-led video lessons you can complete anywhere with an internet connection.

Prefer learning in person? You can transfer into one of our classroom sessions anytime. Simply call our office at 239-601-7046, and for a one-time $100 upgrade fee, we’ll help you join the next available class.

Course Access

When you register, you’ll create your own username and password to log in to the Mato School student portal. You’ll have 24/7 access to all lessons, practice questions, and study materials.

Your course access remains valid for one full year from your purchase date — or until you successfully pass the final exam, whichever comes first.

Exam Requirements

To successfully complete the Florida 63-Hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course, you must pass a 100-question final exam with a minimum score of 70%.

If you don’t pass on your first try, Florida regulations require a 30-day waiting period before retesting — during that time, you may continue reviewing the material.

If the exam is not passed after two attempts, state law requires you to retake the full course. In that case, your original 1-year access expires, and you’ll need to re-enroll for a new term.

After You Pass

Once you pass the exam, your results are automatically sent to Mato School of Real Estate.

Your Certificate of Completion will appear immediately in your student account, ready for you to download and print.

Be sure to bring your certificate with you when you take your state licensing exam.
