Eligibility Requirement

To qualify for the Broker License course, you must have been actively licensed and registered as a Sales Associate or Broker in Florida (or another state) for at least 2 of the previous 5 years.

Weekend Classes

4 weekends
(Saturday and Sunday only)
Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Evening Classes:

16 evenings over 4 consecutive weeks
Monday through Thursday
Time: 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Every hour includes a 10-minute break for your comfort.
