Enrollment Policy

Enrollment & Video Release Policy

By enrolling in any Mato School of Real Estate course or product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Non‑Refundable Tuition

All course and product fees are non‑refundable, regardless of when you cancel or when materials are received.

2. Video Recording & Social‑Media Authorization

• Consent to Record: You understand that classroom sessions and live‑streamed events may be recorded on video.
• Usage Rights: By enrolling, you grant Mato School of Real Estate the right to use your likeness, voice, and contributions in promotional materials, social‑media posts, and other marketing channels, without additional compensation.
• No Opt‑Out: This authorization is a condition of enrollment; no separate release form is required.

3. Course Transfers & Credits

• You may request, at least 48 hours before a course’s start date, to transfer your registration to another course or product.
• Any balance remaining after the transfer will be held as a credit on your account for future use.
• Credit Expiration: All credits must be used within 3 months of issuance; unused credits will expire thereafter.
