Course Access
When you register, you’ll create your own username and password to log in to the Mato School student portal. You’ll have 24/7 access to all lessons, practice questions, and study materials.
Your course access remains valid for one full year from your purchase date — or until you successfully pass the final exam, whichever comes first.
Exam Requirements
At the end of the course, you’ll take a 30-question final exam to demonstrate your understanding of the material.
✅ Passing Score: 80% (24 correct answers)
If you don’t pass on your first attempt, you’ll have one additional opportunity to retest.
After You Pass
Once you pass your exam, your results are automatically reported to Mato School of Real Estate.
Your Certificate of Completion will be instantly available in your student account — ready to download and print for your records.
Mato School will also report your completed hours directly to the DBPR, ensuring your renewal process is handled promptly and accurately.
